the River Lee and is within easy reach of the M25. The base
is ideally located for exploring the scenic delights of the
Lee Valley Country Park, the perfect place for
combining your boating with bird watching, walking, cycling
and angling. Try one of our day hire boats for a
perfect day out with friends or family. |

Relax, cruise away from the
pressures of work and phone for a few hours, on board one of
our Day Boats. Experience life at the leisurely pace of four
miles per hour.
We also offer hourly hire Electric Boats, Rowing Boats,
Pedalo’s and a Canadian canoe from Easter to the end of the
October. Most of our small boats CAN NOT BE PREBOOKED.
The canoe can be prebooked.

We rent Chalets that have
verandas overlooking the Mill Stream, a backwater of the
River Lee. They provide basic accommodation for up to 6
guests. Broxbourne rail station is only a 5 minute walk away
and a 35 minute train journey will get you into London
Liverpool Street Station. Situated within the Lee Valley
Regional Park, it is the perfect place for walking,
bird-watching, golf, fishing and picnics; the park also has
nature reserves, rivers and lakes to enjoy. The Boat Centre
is 2 minutes away where you could hire a boat or you could
take a boat trip on board the ‘The Lady of Lee Valley’ or
'Pride of Lee' passenger boats and relax on the river.
The Chalets are available for short breaks (3 or 4 nights)
or weekly. |
